Описание: In this episode of the Wild Simplicity podcast, I share one of my favourite annual rituals - writing a letter to my future self.

Each January, before I pack away the Christmas decorations, I write a letter to the woman I’ll be a year from now. It’s a practice that has grown from something simple and practical into a deeply loving, expansive and supportive ritual. Reading my letter this year reminded me just how powerful it is to become our own source of encouragement, reassurance and belief.

In this episode, I talk about:
Why writing to yourself can feel awkward and why it’s actually so healing
How to create a meaningful letter ritual for your future self
The magic of small acts of kindness towards yourself
Reframing everyday tasks as gifts to your future self
