MTH's European line provided 3 Rail O Scale modelers with some of the most amazing locomotives and passenger cars ever produced for the American market. None of them stacks up to the amount of detail on the BR44. The tooling is now owned by Lenz, a German company, and will likely never be made again in 3 rail.
