I bought this from an address in Canada, so I ended up with a hefty COD charge of $50CAD. Something to keep in mind if you're a Canadian shopper buying from iam8bit.
All in all, I don't think this collector edition is worth the huge price tag. Opening it up was quite fun, but I was in shrink-wrap hell for a while. The art book was what I wanted most from this pack, and it is very beautifully bound, so I am happy enough.
The insert for the game also had a download link to a digital version of the artbook. Not sure if this is standard in all the physical copies, or just with the ones shipped out with the special editions.
