This video shows a map compiled with q3map2 and loaded within rtcw,
featuring pre-baked radiosity, bumpmapping and ambient-occlusion on several external 1024x1024 lightmaps.
Compile settings for the lightstage: -patchshadows -samples 4 -samplesize 1 -thresh 0.2 -dark -dirty -bounce 2.
This was research for a game project of mine called Katharsis, i guess it's possible to get even more out of compiler & engine.
Don't try this if you have not at least a 3.5 ghz hexacore cpu and lots of ram ^^
