Fried Chicken at Home - KFC - No One Believe You Made it at Home

Описание: How to Make KFC Fried Chicken at Home (ASMR)

Ingredients

350g chicken (15 pieces)
3g salt (1 tsp)
2g pepper (½ tsp)
2g garlic powder (½ tsp)
3g red pepper (1 tsp)
2g onion powder (½ tsp)

150g flour (1 cup)
75g starch (⅔ cup)
3g salt (1 tsp)
2g garlic powder (½ tsp)
2g pepper (½ tsp)

1 egg
75ml water (⅓ cup)

Cut the chicken breast into thin long pieces.
Add the seasonings to the chicken pieces and mix.
Cover and rest in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.

Mix the outer coating ingredients in a large bowl.
Divide half of the mixture into a bowl.
Add the egg and water to the remaining half and mix.

Remove chicken from marinade and dip in liquid mixture.
Then dip a dry mix and shake it off.
Make sure that everything is covered by repeating this process 2-3 times.

Heat the oil in a deep and wide saucepan over high heat.
Throw the chickens you removed from the flour mixture into the hot oil without waiting.
Do not touch for 1 minute after putting the chickens in the oil.
Then fry about 7 minutes for each piece until get color on both sides.

Remove the fried chicken from the oil and put it on the kitchen wire.
Rest for 2-3 minutes.
Ready to serve.
