This is a very easy and healthy cutlet recipe without any potato and maida.

Recipe for your reference:
Prep time: 20 mins
Cook time: 30 mins
Number of servings: 3-4 persons
Ingredients:
2 cups soaked poha
1 cup grated beetroot
1 small bowl bread crumbs
2 cups of milk
2 small tsp ajwain
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 small bowl onion chopped
1 small tsp turmeric powder
2 small tsp red chilli powder(as per your taste)
1 small tsp garam masala
1 small tsp roasted jeera powder
Salt according to taste
Method:
Mash the poha with ur hands.
Add beetroot and onion and mix together.
Now add ajwain, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, jeera powder and garam masala.
Mix it well.
Now add half of the bread crumbs and make a dough.
Rest the dough in the fridge for 10 mins.
After 10 mins, shape the cutlets and dip it in milk and coat it with the remaining bread crumbs.
Lastly shallow fry it.
Beetroot cutlets are ready to serve hot!
Serve the cutlets with ketchup or mayonnaise or green chutney or any dip of ur choice.
