📖 VIDEO TRANSCRIPT:
One of the most unique things about working with AI as opposed to working with any other type of software or anything else that's on the computer is that you can actually collaborate with it. It's not just like a spreadsheet where you put some numbers in and a formula and then it outputs a result, and that's sort of it. It's not like a search engine where you search for some keywords and the search engine returns some links to some websites and then that's it. Whenever you work with an AI, you're having a conversation. You have the ability to collaborate, to go back and forth. And in many ways, I like to just think of it as the same way you would collaborate with a human.
So, first you give it some context. Then you give some information. Then you ask some questions. And then based on whatever the answers you're getting, you follow up on that. Say, "Oh, that's really interesting that you said that. Can we go a little bit deeper in this?" "Wait, hold on. I'm not sure I understood that last part. Can you explain that to me one more time in a different way?" "Ah, now I see. This made me think of something. Let's go up a little bit further up in the conversation to that part where we discuss this. I'd like to discuss that in more detail now in light of what we have found out later".

So, you can collaborate the same way you would if you just had 24/7 access to all the smartest people in the world who are experts at all sorts of different things and that at any given point were very happy to discuss this with you. So, just keep that in mind. Don't just say, "Hey AI, what is the answer to this?" and then get the answer and then move on. But have an actual discussion and a back and forth with it and you'll find that you get even more out of your AI use.
