Conductive inks, especially those using particles such as flakes and/or nanoparticles, can be a challenge to the useability of the screen if not removed properly.

🔥 Key Highlights:
• Ink and silver reclamation: Conductive ink, especially silver-based ink, can be expensive. Vahid shows us how to reclaim the excess ink and silver if that is an option for you. Don’t forget to wear gloves!
• Isopropyl alcohol (IPA) is helpful: Spraying IPA on the screen and letting it sit can help loosen the ink. Don’t use water initially even though the ink is water-based, as it can clog the screen openings.
• After the IPA, use soapy water then clean water: Once the screen is dry it can be reused.
