Israel navy boards blazing ship off Haifa

Описание: (9 Jun 2019) Israeli naval forces on Sunday boarded a cargo ship off the northern coast that had been set on fire.
The military said it was alerted early in the morning to an anchored ship off Haifa, whose hull was ablaze.
At the request of the ship's captain, naval forces boarded and searched the ship.
Hours later, the military said it apprehended a hidden passenger and transferred him to police for questioning.
Local media said the ship had been making its way from Turkey to an Israeli port.
They reported that a stowaway had tried to set the vessel ablaze, causing damage.
The ship was said to have sailed under a Panamanian flag.
