The mountains of Cookson Creek Farm were no joke this weekend! Jack Attack lined up in the 65cc 7-9 class ready to battle, but the race threw a huge challenge right away.
On lap 1, Jack got stuck and lost about 3.5 minutes trying to get back moving. If that wasn’t enough, a stick got wedged between the shifter and the motor, locking the bike in 3rd gear for the rest of the race.
No shifting.
No quitting.
Jack rode the entire race stuck in 3rd gear, pushing through the hills and technical sections to claw his way back and finish 6th place.
Sometimes racing isn’t about the perfect race — it’s about never giving up when things go wrong.
Proud of this kid for fighting all the way to the finish.
