To celebrate #IDAHOBIT day 2022, an inspiring #YouthCoLab Springboard PLUS session provided valuable insights into the lives of entrepreneurs in the LGBTI community.
The session was moderated by Amita Karadkhedkar, Co-Chair of Citi India Pride Network. Panelists Lamea Tanjin Tanha of TransEnd, Sadam Hanjabam of Ya_All, and Shorya Mittal of Humans of Safe Places shared that to help the marginalized it takes turning vulnerability into opportunity, fostering empathy and standing up for what you believe in.
Young social entrepreneurs from the LGBTI community deserve equal opportunities but need extra support from all of us. On this IDAHOBIT day, let’s commit to ensure human dignity for all and build more just and inclusive societies.
