Описание: Raga Jog is beautiful night Raga which can relax and calm us down and take our attention inside.
In words of my student Maryana from Canada ‘Raga Jog to me feels like the expression of the ultimate detachment. In the Gita, the metaphor of the tortoise that pulls its limbs inwardly, is said to describe the state of meditation when one withdraws the senses from the outside, removing their attachment to things in the world. When I hear Jog, it feels completely undisturbed, neither pulled nor pushed, remaining still and completely enclosed within itself, not needing anything, not desiring anything, completely satisfied and fulfilled.’

In this video you can hear a slow aalap which helps in preparing ourselves and get into meditation then it moves to middle speed composition which helps elevate you to a higher state finally the fast composition can help us feel the divine bliss and joy in a meditative state
