YESTERDAYS VLOG:

RECIPE FROM FLAVOR GOD INSTAGRAM:
1 TBS Flavor God Seasoning:
6 ounces Chicken Breast
2 ounces red onion sliced thin
2 ounces carrots sliced thin
1 TBS minced garlic
1 pinch of salt and pepper
1 TSP sliced scallions for garnish
3 TBS coconut oil
Heat pan on high and half of the oil.
Throw in carrots and onions & half of the seasonings for a minute and then set aside.
Add remaining oil then throw in chicken until almost cooked through with salt and pepper. Just before it has cooked all the pink out add in the rest of the seasonings.
Add in the veggies and stir all together making sure the chicken is cooked through.
Plate it and sprinkle the scallions on top.
The asparagus was in the oven for 15 minutes at 350* with olive oil and lime juiced sprinkled on top.
