Описание: महाराष्ट्र धर्मस्वातंत्र्य विधेयक 2026 आज विधानसभेत मांडण्यात आलंय. गृहराज्यमंत्री पंकज भोयर यांनी हे विधेयक मांडलं...जबरदस्तीने आणि प्रलोभने दाखवून धर्मांतर करणाऱ्यांविरोधात राज्य सरकारने हे विधेयक आणलं आहे. मागील आठवड्यात झालेल्या मंत्रिमंडळाच्या बैठकीत या विधेयकाच्या मसुद्याला मंजुरी दिली होती. अखेर आज हे विधेयक विधानसभेत मांडण्यात आलंय. दोन्ही सभागृहांची मंजुरी मिळाल्यानंतर विधेयक राष्ट्रपतींकडे मान्यतेसाठी पाठवलं जाईल. राष्ट्रपतींची मंजुरी मिळाल्यानंतर हा कायदा राज्यात लागू होणार आहे. राज्यात जबरदस्तीने किंवा आमिष दाखवून केले जाणारे धर्मांतर रोखण्यासाठी हा कायदा आणल्याची सरकारची भुमिका आहे.

The Maharashtra Freedom of Religion Bill 2026 has been introduced in the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly today. The bill was presented by Minister of State for Home Pankaj Bhoyar. The state government has brought this bill to take action against those who carry out religious conversions through force or inducements. The draft of the bill was approved during the state cabinet meeting held last week.
