Salvation from sin by slaying animals, observing religious practices, denominational membership, praying to statues, giving money, performing good deeds, etc. are all sacrifices which are totally and completely unacceptable to God Almighty. The one and only sacrifice which can fully take away sin and that is acceptable to the Father in Heaven is that of His sinless Son Jesus Christ when He offered Himself on the cross.
