Nikon's video measuring systems NEXIV VMF-K Series is equipped with brightfield and confocal optics to achieve highly accurate two-dimensional and height measurements. In addition, the updated optics has improved measurement throughput by approximately 1.5 times compared to the previous model, and a new high-magnification 45x model has been added to the lineup to meet the demands of measuring the fine dimensions of precision semiconductor packaging.
