Описание: A vicious Scots convict who tried to kill three cops in a stolen BMW is gloating about his life behind bars on an Instagram account.   Robert Wemyss was jailed for 10 years in 2013 for trying to mow down officers in Aberdeenshire.   The brazen body-building thug is freely posting photographs and videos to an Instagram account from inside HMP Grampian in Peterhead.  And the cocky criminal boasts: “Good tae keep in contact with my brothers in other hotels.”  The account has shared a series of videos of inmates grouped together in cells and clips of prisoners in an exercise yard.  The con has shared numerous selfies and pictures with other inmates.  One picture of the posing prisoner is captioned: "F*** the system".  Under another image the lout lag, due for release in 2023, states: “Locks can lock but clocks cant stop brother.  “I’ll be home real soon to blow a few daftys heads off usual x.”  In another Instagram post, he says: “I’m not gonna lie I’m evil.  “kl slit your neck for disrespect I’m not gonna lie I’m a psychopath .  “I’ll ram your car off the road judge said a was dangerous murderously and recklessly and my behavior is endlessly.  “Soon home, f*** the grampian police and that rat xxxxxx xxxxx weasel.”  There are also a series of photographs showing prisoners on the official jail phones lines and larking about in their cells.  Commenting on the coronavirus lockdown Wemyss writes: “This s**** worrying know screws gave us masks and talking about releasing a few eh us wow!”  In 2018 a probe was launched when Wemyss used Facebook to label a fellow prisoner a “grass” in a short video.  Then he dubbed HMP Grampian as “The Grampian Resort” and posted pictures of prisoners sunbathing.  Today Scottish Prison Service chiefs confirmed to the Record they were aware of the alleged activity.  An SPS spokeswoman said: “The possession of a mobile phone in prison is a criminal offence.  “If we receive information to suggest that prisoners are in possession of such devices we will take all appropriate action and report it to the relevant authorities.”  She added: We recognise the importance of providing a safe and secure environment for our staff and those in our care.  “A comprehensive range of robust security measures are in place to prevent the introduction of contraband into our prisons.  “Significant investment continues to be made in the development of new technology and staff training to detect, deter and reduce the availability and supply of illegal drugs.  “Anyone found in possession of contraband or attempting to smuggle such items into our prisons will reported to the appropriate authorities.”  Wemyss was just 22 when he was given an extended sentence at the High Court in Dumbarton in 2013.  He was found guilty of car theft, dangerous driving and attempted murder.  In 2012 he stole a BMW X5 in Aberdeen and drove along footpaths and grass verges as he pursued the police through several streets.  He overtook a bus and pursued an unma
