Emergency healthcare ecosystems often operate with fragmented information, disconnected systems, manual communication workflows, and limited operational visibility. Hospitals, Emergency Care Units (UPAs), Regulation Centers, Ambulance Providers, and Emergency Response Organizations frequently coordinate critical decisions through phone calls, spreadsheets, messaging applications, and isolated systems.

GateCare EMS was created to address this operational blind spot.

GateCare EMS is a Distributed Operational Intelligence Framework designed to improve interoperability, real-time situational awareness, and emergency healthcare coordination across heterogeneous healthcare environments.

Rather than replacing existing Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR), or Regulation Platforms, GateCare EMS acts as an operational intelligence layer that integrates information from multiple sources, enabling centralized visibility, workflow traceability, fleet monitoring, and distributed coordination.
