Wind Archer is for all intents and purposes, my favorite Archer aesthetic. There is a lot of pretty animations, and green galore. She is a vibrant and drop dead gorgeous class.

Wind Archers mobbing has only gotten better with age. A long time ago, Fairy Spiral was the defacto best mobbing skill, but those days are long gone. Spiraling Vortex has been buffed so many times, its now almost the exact same cast speed as Fairy Spiral, and the hitboxes are only slightly in Fairy Spirals favor vertically, Vortex wins horizontally. Not to mention the far better mob count, and damage lines, Vortex is finally the best mobbing skill Wind Archer has!

As well, all of Wind Archers 5th jobs skill have done nothing but improve upon the base kit of the class when it comes to mobbing, every one of Wind Archers V skills has a mobbing and bossing aspect to them. Some downright broken, and some, only supplementary to your mobbing.

As well, the V-Skills are fantastic when it comes to bossing, making up a good portion of your total damage output when combined with Song of Heaven and Trifling Winds, not a single skill in this kit drags its feet.

Wind Archer was my main in Reboot so Im a tad biased, but I think that everyone should give this class a shot, especially newer players. The class does not lack for damage much. It mobs, and bosses well, and is pretty as a button to boot. It's not quite on the level of power as Pathfinder, but something I would highly recommend if youre looking for a class, that's a little less 'dark'.
