In continuation of T5E's Annual Election Closed-Door Interviews, we interviewed Birithik P, who is contesting for the post of Co-Curricular Affairs Secretary.
The questions were:
1. Regarding the Inter IIT tech contingent, can you discuss your strategies to improve contingent performance? Additionally, what is your perspective on Contingent probables, and how do you plan to mentor the selected students?
2. How do you intend to guarantee transparency in the team selection process?
3. Given the already packed freshie schedule with orientations, NSO, NCA, etc., and your proposal to conduct 26 events, how do you plan to integrate the Inter-Departmental TechSoc League into the timeline? Additionally, considering that CFI club-wise orientation is already part of the schedule, how will you manage the logistics without overwhelming freshies?
4. Regarding the hostel E-buddy initiative, how do you imagine them contributing differently from what happens now? How do you plan to prevent overworking the E-Cell team while managing these initiatives? Considering the absence of TecSecs in Swarna and Mandakini hostels, how do you propose executing these initiatives?
5. Given that the heritage centre already has an exhibit on Shaastra's history, how will the Shaastra Archives contribute to it?
