I love smudging my home with sage every once in a while. I usually do it once a month or whenever I feel the energy just isn't feeling right. It is a lovely ritual, and I feel so positive after smudging with sage.✨

I leave all the windows open when I'm smudging. I smudge all the rooms, and after I've done that, I leave it burning in different rooms with a plate to catch all the ash.🌷
