Bundt o budín de LAVANDA- Fresco, suave, y esponjoso!!!

Súper fresca y esponjosa, esta torta, pastel, budín, o bundt (tantos nombres!!) de lavanda es super fácil de preparar y se convertirá en el favorito de su familia.

INGREDIENTES (para un molde de 12 tazas de capacidad) SIEMPRE A TEMPERATURA AMBIENTE
1 1/2 taza de harina (180 gr)
1 1/2 taza de harina para pasteles (180 gr) -NOTA: si no tienen harina para pasteles usan harina comun, sacan dos cucharadas de esa cantidad y agregan dos cucharadas de maicena o fécula de maíz.
1 taza de BUTTERMILK (se consigue en USA- remplazan por 1 taza de leche y 1 cucharadita de vinagre- la dejan reposar 1 hora y listo!!)
1 taza de mantequilla (220gr)
2 tazas de azúcar (400gr)
4 huevos
2 cdtas de lavanda comestible
2 cdtas de extracto de vainilla
1/2 cucharadita de polvo de hornear
1/2 cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio
1 cdta de sal

INGREDIENTS (for a 12-cup mold) AT ROOM TEMPERATURE
1 1/2 cup of flour (180 gr)
1 1/2 cup of cake flour (180 gr) -NOTE: if you do not have cake flour, use all purpose flour, take two tablespoons of that amount and add two tablespoons of cornstarch.
1 cup of BUTTERMILK (available in the USA- replace with 1 cup of milk and 1 teaspoon of vinegar- let it rest for 1 hour and voila !!)
1 cup of butter (220gr)
2 cups of sugar (400gr)
4 eggs
2 tsp edible lavender
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1 tsp salt
