COVID-19 update, Sep 4: Hong Kong eases restrictions, extends mass testing scheme

Описание: Hong Kong has eased some COVID-19 restrictions, as new daily infections drop to single digits. Gyms and massage parlours have been allowed to reopen. Restaurants can now offer dine-in services until 10pm, but with no more than two patrons per table. At the same time, the city has extended its mass coronavirus testing scheme by four days to Sep 11. Thousands of people have gone for the voluntary test. So far, six infections have been identified through the scheme.
