Here is my Eid Sweet Dry Vermicelli Recipe.
Usually cooked by muslims for Eid, this dessert is shared among neighbours and family.It is also called seviyan in India or vermicelle sec in Mauritius.Please follow exact amount of ingredients for a good result.
Ingredients:
300g Vermicelli
3 tbsp unsalted butter
cardamom and cinnamon
700mL water
pinch of saffron (optional)
8 tbsp sugar
sliced almonds
desiccated coconut
