Star Control-Complete (automated) longplay

Now this is a first from me, a complete longplay, well sort of. The automated part means that both opponents are played by the computer on Awesome setting. I promise the computer is better on this game than me. Besides that, I show you all members of the Hierarchy and the Alliance and their ships, Melee fights (where most the action is), and all nine campaigns. All this with sound effects and music from the MT32 which add to the excitement even further.

About Star Control, I haven't known about this game until it was released on GOG.com. I looked it up here and loved the diversity of both awesome and wacky fighters so much I had to get it.
The biggest strenght of the game and the part that gets played the most I suppose are Melee, really fast dogfights which require both quick reflexes and wits to match. All fighters have their own strenghts and weaknesses, so good planning is required to come through it all.
The campaigns adds some planetary exploration and construction to the fights. Some campaigns have set specific fighters, others have random. The same campaign can end in a few minutes up to hours because the fights gets much longer.
