Another note, the band doesn't start playing until ~18-minutes into this video. I did not cut any of the pre-show material out.

Converted DVD to MKV
MKV was then de-interlaced with QTGMC (with repair) to go from 480i to 480p
all frames extracted from the video to lossless image files
all frames touched up/re-rendered at 480p
Then each frame was GPU upscaled and augmented with machine learning to 2160p ( 900% larger than original 480i canvas size)
2160p frame sequence imported to vegas pro
Minor adjustments in vegas
Exported to H265 HEVC
audio and video muxed back together in MKV container with original LPCM 1.5mbit/sec audio.

Set 2 on the way, and another version of this entire show (I'm assuming right now this is going to be the winner, especially set 2 of this, but the other version is on a remote machine at my school right now)

Once I determine the outcome of both copies of this show that I have, I will pick one to add the Pearson Ultramatrix soundtrack to, which Charlie Miller just pulled from the DSD files last week and remastered in FLAC24/88
