What’s up friends I’ve picked up this amazing piece of equipment made by @tuffstuff.fitness on Craigslist due to the COVID-19 crisis. Shout out to Roger and his wife for letting this solid piece of equipment go for an extremely generous discount. This Odyssey 5 will undoubtably get put to work as my disgust toward a senseless eight year layoff from training has given me the drive to destroy my body each training session. I’ve ventured back into training just over four months ago as throughout those months I’ve been able to utilize resistance and strength training to sooth my anxieties. I’ve finally regained my mental clarity and sense of well-being back. I’ve simply fallen in love with training all over again! I will post videos throughout the quarantine conditioning camp as I chase my 24-year-old self.

4 Sets Close Grip Presses & Wide Grip Curls
4 Sets Overhead Tricep Extensions & Lying Cable Curls
4 Sets Modified Skull Crushers (Leg Press) & Seated Close Grip Curls
4 Sets Reverse Grip Tricep Extension & High Preacher Curl
4 Sets Rope Extension & Single Arm Supported Curl
