ALL RULES
1. We are only allowed to catch our first encounter per route/area
2. If a Pokemon faints it is considered lost for the rest of the run and must be released
3. Each Pokemon MUST be given a nickname
4. Our Pokemon will be "soullinked", so to become a pair they are not allowed to share their primary typing
5. If one Pokemon in a pair faints its soullinked partner is also considered fainted
6. We are not allowed to use items in battle (with the exception of Poke balls)
7. We must follow a strict level cap that is no higher than our current gym leaders ace Pokemon
8. We must play using the 'set-mode' battle style as opposed to the default 'switch-mode'

ALL CLAUSES
1. If a Pokemon faints to 'Dragon rage' prior to us getting our first gym badge then we are allowed to revive that Pokemon as it is techniclly not considered fainted
2. If we encounter a Pokemon from an evolutionary line that weve already caught something from then we my choose to not count that as our encounter for that route or area and find re-encounter something new
3. Once we enter a gym we are not allowed to leave. NO. MATTER. WHAT.
4. Pokemon my not learn moves or be given items UNTIL we get a gym badge, each gym badge allows us to give either moves or items to ONE soullinked pair
5. Once a Pair is given either moves or items it may not be given the other (i.e if a Pokemon is given an item to hold it is not allowed to learn any moves and vice versa)
6. If we encounter a shiny Pokemon at any point we are allowed to catch it
a. Since were doing a soullink for a shiny to be a viable pair we must each encounter a shiny and are only allowed one shiny pair throughout our entire run/attempt
