Nutty Berry Barfi
Ingredients
½ Cup Condensed Milk
1 Cup Mawa
1 TBSP Butter
½ Cup White Chocolate
¼ Cup Strawberry Crush
½ Cup Strawberry Wafer Biscuit Powder
¼ Cup Cashew Pieces
Method to Prepare
Take a heavy bottom pan and add Mawa, Condensed Milk, Butter, Strawberry Crush & White Chocolate to it and mix them well.
Heat the ingredients well on low flame till they melt and mix well.
Add Strawberry Wafer Biscuits Powder to the mixture and mix well.
Now add Finely Chopped Cashew Pieces to the mixture and mix well.
After mixing, take a tin container and place a butter paper in it. Grease the butter paper well.
Put the Barfi Mixture in the container to set.
Garnish the Barfi with Pistachio pieces.
Allow the Barfi to set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
After setting time, Cut the Barfi into desired shaped pieces, top it with some Silver Leaves (Varakh) for decoration and it shall be ready to serve.
