Prank has two meanings:
(n) a trick that is intended to be funny but not to cause harm or damage, or a trick, especially one which is played on someone to make them look silly or a silly trick that you play on someone to surprise them for funny purpose.
(v) to play a trick on someone that is intended to be funny but not to cause harm or damage.

Admin = administraion of a business, an organizatiion...etc.
Asmin = adminstrator of a computer system, an online forum.
