Описание: I clearly wasn't paying attention to the hang part.. first 2 rounds are full cleans, which was a slower movement. Anyways, I'm neither service nor signed up...this was just programmed for the day. Not overall happy with the workout, but it's been a rough week. Was really hoping to get that 275lb at the end. maybe had I stuck with power I could have. I stayed with 9 and 6 in the toes to bar with the other two movements unbroken. Did 185, 225, 245, and failed 275lb. 10 minute AMRAP of 5 Hang Clean and jerks 115/80lb, 10 Back Squats 115/80lb, 15 Toes to Bar. From 10:00-15:00 establish a 1RM Clean. I got 5+7, and 245lb.
