This is a blog that I filmed on my phone when I went up to Newcastle to compete in the glacier games! This was my first ever CrossFit competition and first thing competitive since I ruptured my Achilles tendon and had a shoulder reconstruction 2 years ago.
it felt absolutely amazing to get back out on the competitive scene and push myself to the limits!
