Caramilk slice is like a cheats caramel fudge. The blending of caramel milk chocolate and condensed milk is what gives this slice that sickly sweet flavour that’s perfect in little bite-sized pieces.

You only need 5 simple ingredients to bring everything together, with no stovetop cooking or baking required.

🥒 Ingredients:

1 cup desiccated coconut / 80 g / 2.8 oz
1 cup mixed fruit, glace cherries or half & half / 150 g / 5.3 oz
1 cup rice bubbles aka rice krispies / 35 g / 1.23 oz
2 blocks Caramilk or white chocolate / 360 g / 12.7 oz
1/2 can sweetened condensed milk 200 g / 7 oz

00:07 Mix dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
00:21 Melt and mix chocolate with condensed milk.
00:39 Pour chocolate intro dry ingredients and mix well.
00:51 Transfer to lined baking tray, press out and smooth surface.
01:08 Set in fridge 1-2 hours before slicing.
