Farmers in Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh staged protests against the state governments after their standing crop was damaged by unseasonal rain and hailstorm. On Wednesday, Maharashtra government said that crop has been affected on 1.8 lakh hectare land in 1800 villages. (Audio in Hindi)
