I LOVE BUDAEJJIGAE!

Описание: Getting out and about is important, but not as important as my favorite Korean Budaejjigae recipe!

BUDAEJJIGAE RECIPE - not at all vegan

2 heaping tbps korean red pepper paste
1 heaping tsp minced garlic
1 tbps soy sauce
1.5 tbps honey

4-6 cups water
1/4 dashi broth or 1/2 sachet

1/6 head of cabbage
1/2 cup kimchi
1/4 onion
1/2 cup frozen spinach
1 1/2 cup muchrooms or choice
1 small package medium firm tofu
1 can of classic spam
1/2 cup hot dogs cut into quarters
1 package of instant ramen noodles (noodles only do not include seasoning)
1 square cheese cheddar

Serve witha side of white rice
