INGREDIENTS & PROCESS FOR CHICKEN KARAHI:*
• Chicken:700 gram
• Onion paste: 2 medium size
• Tomato chopped:2 medium size
• Water : 1 cup
• Salt: 1 tsp
» Now cook it on medium flame!
» Now cover it & cook it on medium flame for 20-25 minutes!
• Oil: 1/3 cup
• Coriander (crushed) :1 tbsp
• Black pepper (crushed): 1 tsp
• Cumin/zera (crushed): 1 tsp
• Yogurt/dahi:1/2 cup
» Turn flame to low/off, while adding yogurt!
• Water:1/2 cup
• Hot spice/Garam masala powder:1/2 tsp
• Black pepper (crushed):1/2 tsp
» For garnishing add: Fresh coriander, lemon slices, ginger & chopped chilies!
