InDesign Script: Parallel Texts Engine

Описание: One common layout configuration for academic books consists of a side-by-side translation (e.g. original text recto, translation verso), with footnotes to the translation spanning the entire spread.
This can be a difficult layout for book designers, especially for long books, because the translation appearing on any given spread must exactly match the original text facing it, while space must be left on both sides of the spread for any footnotes.
This video demonstrates a custom InDesign script that is built to handle this complex, multi-text configuration.
