Verdict-
Silent Hill F runs on Unreal Engine 5 with solid optimization, but certain areas can be more demanding than others. The Town area is less GPU-heavy, while the Town-Side Forest area at the start of the game often causes FPS drops due to dense vegetation and higher draw distance.

To fix performance issues and get 60+ FPS, here are my recommended optimized settings:
✅ Texture Quality: Medium (perfect for 8GB VRAM, almost no visual difference compared to High/Very High, but much lighter on GPU)
✅ Reflections: SSR (Screen Space Reflection) instead of Lumen High/Ultra (minimal visual change, big performance gain)

With these tweaks, you can enjoy smooth gameplay while maintaining a high visual quality.
