FAMILY AFFAIR. 160 ft. Eight returned servicemen brothers have pooled their knowledge and resources in a large construction and contracting business.
THE GEOTHERMAL BORES. 432 ft. Karapiti Blowhole, and the steam bores and equipment at Wairakei. Sir John Cockroft visits the Wairakei site, and at Te Teko a bore is opened to test natural steam resources for possible use in the great Murupara pulp and paper project.
