In this video, Andy Irvine demonstrates the Sadowsky MetroExpress Vintage 21 J/J Fretless bass which boasts some exciting new updates. The MetroExpress line now features roasted maple necks, Sadowsky's active/passive electronics, a quick release bridge for easy string changes, and a convenient quick access electronics compartment cover. These basses also offer a reversed blend control, an adjustable Just-A-Nut III nut for precise setup and a new three-string retainer on the headstock. The fretless versions also come with high-quality nickel round-wound strings. Andy provides sound demos in both active and passive modes and in various pickup configurations.
