There is nothing like the sound of analog gear pushed to its breaking point.
In this session, I sat down for a 7-minute improvised jam with the Behringer RD-8 and the x0xb0x. I decided to skip the "clean" headroom and ran both machines straight into the red. The result is a gritty, saturated Acid Techno journey that highlights why analog distortion still reigns supreme.
No external VSTs, no digital clipping—just raw voltage and hardware grit.
