NTC Senior NCO Panel: Building Great Teams

Описание: On April 20th, 2021 a panel Senior NCOs from the National Training Center briefed the 1st Class of Cadets at West Point about what makes a great a team. The panel discussed trends and lessons learned during recent NTC rotations and touched on topics such as the PL-PSG relationship, building cohesive and competent teams, and tips for junior leaders on preparing themselves and their unit for a successful rotation at the training center.
