Week 2 of teaching Bailey & Teddy to use their Hunger for Words buttons.
This week was all about consistency, pressing the buttons ourselves, pairing the word with the action, and repeating it over and over so the meaning starts to stick.
Teddy: fully convinced the buttons were invented specifically for him and ready to use all of them immediately.
Bailey: carefully observing, thinking it through, and participating on his own terms.
We’re learning that the real work right now isn’t them talking, it’s us modeling the language.
Follow along as we keep building their vocabulary and see when it finally clicks.
