Описание: The Porsche 996 was revolutionary for Porsche. It ushered in the "water-cooled" engines and said goodbye to the "air-cooled" engines that were rapidly becoming obsolete as the end of the century was a blink of an eye away. Not only did it mark a major turning point for Porsche in way of the engine, but also in the styling of their cars and how they manufactured them. The 996 was a revolution for the 911 model, rather than an evolution. The styling was dramatically change from the previous 993, and the manufacturing methods of the cars was brought into the modern era seemingly overnight. Many iterations of the 996 were produced, but one of the most coveted is a Turbo model. And even more elusive than those, would be this... A Turbo S model. Produced for only one year, in 2005, while the 997 was already released; this was the swan song of the 996, as it bid farewell to the world to ultimately win the hearts of enthusiasts to come. Albeit, a couple of decades later.
