Change is driven by individuals, not by institutions. Which is why our Foundation is powered by inspired individuals and dedicated small teams.
Our campaigns make a tangible difference because we take on issues, which are big enough to matter, but small enough to win. All of them are centred on our oceans.
Life as we know it first began in the oceans, and all life fundamentally relies on them. But beyond what they can do for us, the oceans have their own intrinsic value. They have a right to be just as they evolved to be over millennia: in perfect balance.
As do all the creatures that live in them, from the tiniest krill to the most majestic whale.
That's environmental justice.
