Part 2 of 2 - The Urban Monk reassembles the front forks on his 1978 Suzuki GS550 custom cafe racer build. He installs new fork seals and details each part as he put it all back together and fills the fork tubes with fork oil. Like engines, the inner workings of a motorcycle suspension remain somewhat of a spooky mystery until you tear them apart and see what is actually living inside. Rebuilding the front suspension on a vintage motorcycle is not as challenging as it may seem.
