In a world of magic and fairytales, what happens when you just want somewhere to call home?

Yet another yearly entry for our local anime-con Con-Nichiwa. It was entered into the Romance Category, because I wanted to try something other than feels. Still, this video came out too feel-sy, so I don't think "Romance" is my category.

I originally followed the manga for this, and was super excited when the anime came out. I truly recommend it, even if "romance" is not your thing. Chise's depression, the darkness of some of the fey kind, and the angst of some of the background character. I loved it all, and it's often too difficult for me to describe.

Just go watch it. Really.
