A color coded analysis of the chromaticism in Pytor Ilyich Tchaikovsky's "Le matin en hiver" ("Winter Morning"), No. 2 from his Album for the Young, Op. 39, for the piano. In the colors of a rainbow, it features his use of the altered dominant (the leading tone diminished seventh chord with a lowered third), the significant chromatic harmony used throughout, and illustrates the chromatic harmonies used in the sections in D Major compared to the middle section in b minor.
Featuring a rare snow fall on the campus of Jacksonville State University.
