Raw Mangoes (പച്ച മാങ്ങ) 2 kg
Salt ( ഉപ്പ്). 4 tasp( as per your choice)
Chillie powder (മുളകുപൊടി). 10 tasp
Hing (കായം) 1 tasp
Methi ( ഉലുവ പൊടി) 1 tasp
Garlic (വെളുത്തുള്ളി) 10 pc
Thil oil( എള്ളെണ്ണ). 1 cup
Mustard seed (കടുകു)1/2 tasp
