People's Park in the Sky or People's Park is a mountaintop park located in Tagaytay Philippines. The park sits at the top of Mount Sungay, the highest point of Cavite Province. People's Park offers breathtaking scenery of the famous Taal Lake, Taal Volcano, Tagaytay City and nearby provinces.
The park was originally named as Palace in the Sky. The mansion was built during the Marcos era and was intended as a guesthouse for US President Ronald Reagan who announced his intention visit to the Philippines but eventually cancelled and never arrived. The unfinished mansion was then converted to a park.
